I worked out so much today but, I slipped with my cravings

It is just so hard to not fall for my cravings. I just want to eat a burger. FUCK, this is so hard.

I want to be skinny and for a boy to hold me close. My only goal.

and, for me to be able to wear crop tops :D

First Month: Diet and Exercise

Diet:

I am going to try Slim Quick Drink. It is a powder you put into your milk (I put into my almond milk) and have twice a day. You can have 2-3 healthy snacks (Fruit, Veggies or 100 calorie snack) and one 500 calorie meal.

Workout:

Right now, I am just working out at the gym but, I am going to try a 30 minute Kickboxing Circuit. Apparently, it whips you right into shape so, I will keep you updated on that.

Goal:

120 pounds.

I am starting this blog to document me losing weight. I have always been slim when recently I slipped into a weird funk. I turned too food and being lazy! 

Over my weight loss period I am going to try a series of diets and workouts and review them and let you know how they work out for me.
